Targeted at individuals in the creative, digital, print and packaging industries, the Visual Media Conference aimed to address the effectiveness of communication channels through discussing the construct of an integrated marketing campaign, exploring how these channels work and what works best. Visual media embrace all the tools available to take the customer on a journey from awareness to purchase.

This BPIF hosted event was well attended by around 200 delegates. During the day Dale Wallis, BPIF Membership Director, approached many key influencers of the industry about the issues within print at this moment in time. As the day progressed Dale interviewed a few delegates who worked within different areas of print businesses, production and sales mostly and discovered a lot about where their businesses are at the moment in terms of customer focus and value added.
