The people who attended this workshop had either been to the kick off meeting on the 1 August, or heard about the project through the regional board meetings. They had also completed questionnaires early last year for the project.

The people who attended were from SME’s covering all aspects of the printing industry including design and creative sector.

Most have them have used the BPIF for training in some way in the past and are forward thinking companies who focus on training for their employees.

We went through the toolkit and showed the video.

We then had a general discussion about the skills needed for the industry, and how they should be delivered.

This took approximately 4 hours and gave us some really good feedback.

The workshop started at 09-00 and finished at 14-00, although people did stay longer to discuss industry issues after the event.
